During the last 2 years I have been working on my video skills so that I am well rounded and competent in more facets of design.
I’m lucky to work for a company that has an internal film festival so I can showcase what I’ve learned over the year. This year (2020) I won best picture!

I’m a big advocate for filming on what you know, small production crew and minimal gear. I’m always trying to prove that without all the bloat it is still possible to get a great look and feel that can rival an expensive rig.

I wrote this after talking with our family friends' son (and subsequent star of the short), Hudson Michals. He told me that he was either going to be a pro baseball player, or if that didn't work out, he'd sell mansions. He inspired and reminded me of what it was like to dream big and have a whole life time ahead to either accomplish the dream, or choose a new road.
